So, it's summer, (yay) and with the weather being nice, more of us are able to get outside and exercise.  We've already talked about drinking enough water, but it occurs to me that one big thing I see people for increases in nice weather, and that is strained muscles.  Remember to stretch if you're going to do something prolonged or strenuous.  Just because it's nice out doesn't mean it's hot enough to warm up muscles unused to spreading bark or chopping wood.  A bit of stretching will help keep you from injury.  That's all folks!  Enjoy the summer!
