I've noticed that now that it's rainy, people are wanting to slack off on the water intake. Don't. Water is very necessary no matter WHAT time of year it is. Please continue to drink. Especially before and after massage. If you don't, and the work was especially vigorous, or you've not had massage in a while, chances are you'll feel icky the next day. It's not the flu, it's not enough water. Drink up!
